Four stages from application to offer. All roles include a technical assessment relevant to the specific discipline.

Application Review

CV and background review by the engineering team — not an HR filter. Response within 10 business days.

Technical Screen

60-minute technical conversation with a domain engineer. No algorithm puzzles — domain knowledge and reasoning.

03
Technical Assessment

Take-home or lab-based assessment relevant to the role. Compensated for assessments exceeding two hours.

04
Final Interview

On-site or video panel with the technical lead and program manager. Offer issued within five business days.
